Framework Pilates was founded to fill the gap between strong classical Pilates instruction and contemporary strength-training techniques. Pilates creates the most balanced musculoskeletal structure possible for you through a series of specific exercises on specialized equipment. It’s essentially a highly effective cross-training system that can identify limitations in your current movement abilities, and works to create more functionality through all planes of motion and ranges of motion so your body can work as the dynamic machine it was designed to be.

Alissa is an amazing instructor. It's clear she knows and cares about every muscle and bone in the body and how Pilates can help it. I work in the film industry where I am on my feet all day and many people end up suffering from physical injuries. Pilates has helped me avoid injuries and heal my body. My back is helped by strengthening the abs and other muscles. The stretches help me reset my body as well. The smaller, targeted movements in Pilates work muscles I usually don't use in other forms of exercise, which is why I know the sessions are good for me. Alissa guides you at every step of the session and ensures the form is correct, unlike in mass group reformer classes where this isn't possible. It goes beyond the technical instruction for Alissa, though. She truly loves Pilates and consistently strives to excel and share the benefits with others.
