SERVICE OPTIONS


Framework Pilates offers many training options to fit anyone's comfort level. Please contact Framework Pilates directly if you don't see a time that works for your desired session appointment as requests might be accommodated with enough notice. 


INTRODUCTORY EVALUATION

$40. Book this one-time private 45-minute session at the studio where you can ask any questions you may have about personal Pilates-based strength training. We will do a movement and postural assessment, discuss what your fitness goals are and how to reach them, and try out a few exercises that will be incorporated into your exercise program to get your desired results. Valid for new Framework Pilates clients only. (Please note that one no-show without communication, or two late cancellations of the evaluation, will forfeit your ability to use the session.)

NEW CLIENT PACKAGE

$200. Try out the studio and the Pilates strength-training technique over the course of 3 private sessions. Valid for new Framework Pilates clients only. (Please note that this cannot be combined with the Introductory Evaluation offer.)

PRIVATE SESSIONS ~ VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON

Enjoy a session that is tailored specifically to your unique needs, and get the best results possible with undivided attention. Private session options include: Express (25 minutes), Classic (55 minutes), or Intensive (85 minutes).

EXPRESS - 25 minutes
$50/each. A great option for a lunchtime workout, busy folks who need to fit something into a packed schedule, or a pick-me-up session to add to another fitness routine.

CLASSIC - 55 minutes
$80/each. The most popular training option! Get a great full-body workout.

INTENSIVE - 85 minutes
$110/each. For serious students who want to dig more deeply into the why & hows of each exercise, or feel like an hour is just over too quickly in Pilates.

IN-HOME PRIVATE SESSIONS

$150/each. All in-home sessions are 55 minutes. We will bring small props and apparatus to you to make sure you get a full-body workout in the comfort and convenience of your home. This is also a great option if you have your own equipment that’s currently collecting dust (no judgment - it happens so easily!).

I've been taking 1:1 Pilates classes with Alissa. It has been really enjoyable and I'm very impressed with Alissa's profound knowledge of human anatomy and body mechanics. She's been able to work around my old injuries while also working to improve them. I am much more thoughtful about my body and posture since starting the classes.
