After regular Pilates sessions for four years with the same instructor, I began to feel as though I had hit a plateau. Then, by lucky coincidence, Alissa filled in as a substitute and my enthusiasm for Pilates returned. I appreciate her focus on form and the fact that she is aware of small details that make the sessions more challenging and rewarding. She is an excellent instructor who is passionate about the value of Pilates. The studio is centrally located, and is a light and airy space.
