Terms of Service


  • All sales are final and non-transferrable. All services must be used within 6 months of initial purchase date. Our New Client Package is for one use only. Our Complimentary Consultation may only be rescheduled a maximum of two times before the client forfeits the session.

  • Mission Hills Pilates must strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy as a courtesy to our hardworking staff and dedicated clients. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that "no-shows" and late cancellations are an inconvenience to both our staff and turned-away clients. When late cancellations and no-shows happens, staff miss out on the possibility of filling the appointment time, and other clients lose the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, a valid credit card number is required at the time of booking your appointment.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, and that occasional schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we simply request at least 24 hours advance notice for any changes or cancellations. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, the entire service fee will be charged. If you request a late reschedule, meaning that you are cancelling an existing appointment less than 24 hours in advance and trying to book a different time to "make up" the session that would otherwise be missed, there will be a $20 fee charged to your credit card. Late reschedules are not guaranteed, and are only granted by staff availability. (Mission Hills Pilates may extend a one-time waiver of this fee as a courtesy at our sole discretion under certain circumstances.) If you do not show up for your appointment within 15 minutes of your reserved appointment time, we consider the session forfeit and the full amount of the service will be charged. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can use the Acuity online scheduling software, or you can contact us directly and we will happily make those changes for you.

  • As a courtesy to our clients, we send email confirmations to the email address you provide us with in advance of your appointment. However, even if we are unable to contact you, or you do not receive the email reminder, the appointment for your service(s) will remain booked. It is your sole responsibility to remember your appointment time and to adhere to the policies of Mission Hills Pilates. 

These terms are enforced as a courtesy to let other clients know our availability, as well as to respect the time of our staff. Mission Hills Pilates reserves the right to change, add, remove, or otherwise modify our policies at any time without prior notice. Thank you for understanding.
